Our Policies

We have never, and never will share, sell, or publicly display any of your personal information with businesses or people outside of our closed company. You must give us your permission to use your personal information (i.e. name, address, credit card number, etc.) so that we can get our products to you. To order from us, receive newsletters, surveys and coupons, we need to know your basic information.

We may email January Remingtonn discount, newsletter or surveys periodically. You can choose to stop receiving email from us. Additionally, we may mail discounts, brochures or other paper notifications to you. Similarly, if you no longer want to receive mail from us, just contact us.

For most orders, we will use the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless we find a more economical and equally safe method of shipping. Stocked items ship within 3 business days. You may specify your preferred shipping method and pay the difference between our chosen method and yours if yours is more expensive. Made To Order item ship times vary depending on the complexity of the order, whether or not we have all necessary supplies, etc.

You many return any item at any time if the item is undamaged. For hats, this means that the hat cannot have stains, rips, wear, or misshaping. Candles must not have been burnt, and all labels, containers, and other pieces must be intact. The products must return in the shape they were sent: new.

You may exchange any item at any time under the same conditions. For any return or exchange, you pay the shipping cost.
